We just want to give you a quick update on the Shock Clock 2 campaign.

Right now roughly half of all devices have been shipped out, with the rest due to go out shortly.

We just want to thank you so much for your patience and support, none of this would have been possible without you!

The team are also working hard on perfecting the new features that are going to be released to you soon via app & firmware updates soon.

Currently, we are running the final tests on the QR code alarm feature and will release this as soon as they are completed.

The automatic sleep detection is also currently under development, and we are excited to share this with you once it is ready.

Two new features that are ready to use are the morning and evening routines.

These will help you to start and end your day the right way. We are big believers that this can have a massive effect on your productivity and happiness and we are really excited to share these with you. 

To unlock these make sure your app is updated and use the redeem code 'TEST_MORNING' in the Pavlok app ( press 'more' and then 'redeem' to find this)

Hi friends!

Finally, after a few months of waiting, the first Shock Clock 2 units have rolled into our factory.

We're going to begin shipping in batches -- the first batch will go out this week (probably shipping on Thurs or Friday). We expect to ship the next batch next week, and we're aiming for weekly batches with all delivered before Christmas.

We want to ship it fastest to the people who need it most -- so if you urgently desire to be in the first batch of people who receives the SC2, please send an email BY WEDNESDAY MORNING with your IndieGogo email address to: [email protected] with the subject line "SC2 Priority Please!" and we'll prioritize yours to go out in the first batch.

Hi friends!

BackerKit was substantially more difficult than expected to set up haha. But now, the initial 'smoke test' surveys are going out (so 1-2% of them are being sent out), and once those get answered and approved, the rest will go out.

So, expect your survey in the next few days.

Ship date is still not defined, but definitely soon. We are finishing up a bunch of the apps at the moment.

Hey everyone! Maneesh Sethi, founder here.

I wanted to give you a quick update on Shock Clock 2! I've already written this update and IndieGogo's interface deleted it so I'm sorry if this version is terse. :p 

Here's the summary!

• We've finished the hardware design -- it's the same as Pavlok 2, so we've worked out all the major kinks and you'll be getting a great product that's already been tested on tens of thousands of people.
   
• We have been completing much of the software this month. The Morning Routine and Evening Routine sections are completed, as is the new Sleep Tracking interface. The QR code interface is complete as well. We are still finalizing the post on FB feature, and other stuff. 
   
• We are delayed on the Firmware update for automatic sleep tracking, but if it's not ready in time, nbd we will deliver a firmware update later on.
   
• We are trying to finalize and ship units by October, but most likely not all will go out this month. We'll aim to get one batch out this month, and another early November. IndieGogo's never ship this close to on time, so I don't feel too bad if we are a few weeks delayed ?. Plz don't hate me.
   
• Next steps: Next week, we'll send out a BackerKit survey to everyone to confirm their shipping address, etc. Look for that on Tues or Wed probably.

Shockers!

Wowwwww! We did it! The Shock Clock 2 was a massive success, and we were absolutely blown away by the support for the campaign and couldn’t be more excited to get these to our amazing backers!

We are thrilled to share we raised over $30k for the project which is no small feat thanks in large to our amazing community (YOU!).

Who knew that there were people out there who had trouble waking up? ;)

Next steps:

In a little over a week, we’ll be sending a VERY important survey for you to fill out regarding your size, shipping address, colors etc.

We use a service called Backerkit to help make this process seamless for you.

What is Backerkit?

Backerkit is a trusted third-party service that allows us to track and fulfill orders seamlessly – making the fulfillment & shipping process much easier.

We’ll email out all of our backers in a week-ish with the survey. The faster you can fill out the survey, the faster we’re able to process all the orders and move on to shipping.

Please make sure to fill the form out as soon as you can so we can ensure your amazing Shock Clock 2 gets to you as quickly as humanly possible.

We expect to be shipping our the Shock Clock 2’s in October so please be patient as we work around the clock to get these ready for you. We know you will absolutely LOVE your Shock Clock 2.
